BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER

Measure twice, order once. Before placing your order, be sure that the piece will fit in—and into—your home. OUR RETURN POLICY

You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving an order (or 7 days for Quick-Ship upholstery pieces) for a refund of the merchandise value.

To issue a full refund, we require an original receipt or gift receipt. All merchandise must be in its original condition and packaging, with all installation hardware included. Please note that shipping and handling fees are not refundable. We make many of our pieces to-order, so certain items are not eligible for return, including:

 

  • Gift Cards
  • Items without an original receipt or gift receipt
  • All made-to-order items including custom upholstery and furniture
  • Final sale items (with prices ending in $.97 or $.99)
  • Items damaged through normal wear and tear
  • Items shipped directly from a vendor
  • GreenRow vintage items

 

When your order arrives, please inspect it and let us know right away if anything is damaged, inaccurate, or missing. We’re happy to provide a return shipping label for defective products or shipping errors.

Holiday Return Policy

Gifts purchased between October 15, 2024 and December 24, 2024 may be returned or exchanged through January 31, 2025 when accompanied by a gift receipt or original receipt. Non-gift items can be returned within 30 days.

  • Original Receipt: A receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Returns will be refunded to the original form of payment.
  • Gift Receipt: Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount on the gift receipt.
  • Delivery Fees: Delivery fees are not refundable.
  • Price Adjustments: Prior purchases are not eligible for price adjustments.
  • Cash & Check Refunds: Cash and check refunds over $100 will be issued as a company check and mailed to you (may take 14 business days).
